I'm trying to participate in einstein@home and 'world comunity grid', but I'm getting this:

Einstein doesn't have the version of science application for your platform. These applications are available, so to get one, you need to use a compatible Operating System, or make it think it is a compatible OS. (Now, how you do that in Linux, I don't know).

The only project I see in BOINCstats with a non-Mac PPC host-CPU-type listed is SETI@home, which shows an entry for “PowerPC_RS64-II�. (I may have missed some, as I was only looking at the alphabetically-sorted pages showing the Ps.) Since S@h is open-source, third parties can compile versions for systems for which the project’s own developers don’t provide builds.
