It is at the bottom of the individual computer detail pages.
For example, click on "account" in the main bar, click on "more" at the very bottom to get a computer list page, click on "all computers" near the top to see all the host IDs Einstein associates with your account, whether or not recently active, click on the "details" link for a particular computer, click on "merge" at the bottom of that page. Your request is specific to that particular computer, so you may get a message saying none are eligible for merger.
Thanks ARCHAE86. I think on all of the other projects the "Merge" is on the page where all of the computers are shown. In this case, all of the computers with identical names are merged.
