Lost All My Credits

    Hi, I seem to have lost all my credits, my login is not recognized and I had to make a new login. Now I see all the credits I have worked on are not being logged. And worse, I can''t find a link to any kind of BOINC support or Einstein support.

    How do we fix this. I've got five years in with SETI and Einstein.

      Go to this link, fill in the email address you used on the old account, click OK. Wait for the account key to be emailed to you.

      Then log in with it in the second option in http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/home.php
