I have several PCs running einstein@home. Yesterday I clicked ot "Computers on this account" and then checked the workunits processed by one of the PCs - they were 23. Today, just after this particular PC has sent a workunit, I checked once again the stats and the number was 23 again: the workunit just returned was there at the top, but one from the bottom had diasppeared. Interestingly, I had not lost any credit. Summing up the granted credit for this PC from the "Results for computer" page, I obtained 1345 and at the same time the "Computer summary" page showed Total credit: 2,914.82 which means that a lot of processed workunits by ths PC are not shown on the "Results for computer" page.
Has anyone else noticed such behavior? Probably it has been covered somewhere in the forum and I have not been able to find it.

7 days after all results are returned or timed out and validated the WU is moved to a diffrent database and then deleted form the one that the users (me and you) can access.

Completed results are only kept on the online database for about a week after the credit is granted. They are then removed to keep the size of the database within manageable proportions. You will of course always have the correct credit even though you can no longer see the details of the actual results once they go offline. You will always be able to see results that are still "pending" until approximately one week after credit is finally granted. For that reason you may still be able to see some quite old results with newer ones (which were credited more quickly) having been deleted in the meantime.
Yes, you are correct, this behaviour has been noted and explained quite a few times previously. Do a keyword search for things like "deleted results" or "removed results" or "lost results" and you are sure to find several previous explanations.
Cheers,
Gary.

I have been processing data

I have been processing data pkgs for over two weeks and have yet to receive any credit - on the website or on my computer - for any of them. Is this even working properly?
I am running on Mac OS 10.3.9 1 GHz machine. Could be me, but the following log entry snip-it looks like something might not be just right ...

If you look at your result, it was reported 2 days late, and therefore no credit was granted.
You should increase the percentage of Einstein in regard to Seti, let your puter be on longer, or you'll have to stop Einstein, with it's strict and short deadlines :(
If the other result is not send back within the next several hours, same will happen again.
