Linux Boinc 4.43 unsuitable to run multiple projects

With "Leave applications in memory while preempted?" set to yes Boinc 4.43 is still mixing up projects. I now have the case of the einstein client sometimes not resuming, but staying inactive. When it is active CPU-time and Percentage is attributed to the suspended Seti-WU. The data of the Einstein-WU stay at 0. To make things worse: when Seti is resumed not the seti client always stays inactive, but the einstein-client ist started.

BOINC 4.43 on SuSE Linux 9.1. I have an einstein WU running and another ready to run with the same deadline. The second one will be late. I have also a seti WU with a later deadline (two weeks instead of one) paused. I read the following message, rather cryptical:
