I have over 4500 credits of work "Pending". Most of my pending WUs have not even been set out to another computer for validation. Many have been in the queue for over a week and my "Pending" results list just keeps growing.

This leads me to think that there may be an error in how work is distributed to clients. It wouls seem to me that the if a WU needs validation that it should be handed out to all needed computers at approximately the same time. By looking at my results this is doesn't seem to be happening.

This is due to locality scheduling. The E@H work units are derived from one large data file, which lasts for several results. In order to reduce bandwidth the scheduler assigns results to hosts according to the available data files. If there are work units only sent to one host just means all other host are happily crunching away on results derived from another data file.

Don't worry, in 2 or 3 days from now, your credits'll be granted. I accumilated about 5,000 pending credits, now I'm granted more than 1,000 credits dailly.
So now, I'm running with the "big guns" :-) Anyway, tomorrow my stock'll be exhausted and I'll be back to my normal 300 credits a day.
Gosh ! Was it fun ;-)
