If I delete a host(computer) in my account what happens to the credit it processed?

I did try searching threads and titles for this topic, but didn't find anything. It's entirely possible that I missed something or used the wrong search term.

Anyway, I have a number of computers that used to run this project months ago, but now no longer exist. There is the provision to delete hosts, but if I do that, does the credit it processed stay with my account or get removed as well?

My interest in asking is to remove hosts that are no longer active so that the count of computers for my account is accurate.
