You have two account_*.xml files for Einstein, Seti and CPDN in your \\BOINC\\ directory. My guess is that these are old ones that are read-only. Check your BOINC directory and delete the oldest ones.
And why are you attached to LHC on two addresses? Detach the one that's using http://lhcathome.cern.ch/ as it's no longer in use.
