I pushed a renewal button of BOINC Manager.
And I got a message "Einstein@Home|Note: not requesting new work or reporting results".
But I want to requesting new work.
I do not know what to do.

I checked your computer stat but there is NO entry in your computer list !!.
So you can't get any work.
First you have to attach to a Boinc project through the BOINC manager, your computers get assigned an ID and work will come to you.
Please read the FAQ and the WIKI how to start up for more info.

I attached to a Einstein@home of Boinc project through the BOINC manager.
And I was said " you joined this project " by BOINC manager.

Have you possibly created TWO accounts? Because the one you are logged in under still shows no computer has _ever_ contacted the server... Without being able to verify anything from the server end, I have no idea what to tell you. And yet the message you quoted in your first posting obviously came from the server...
And what are the other

And what are the other messages in the Boinc Manager?
Copy-paste it in here. Could give us a clue.
And check your firewall that it lets Boinc.exe through.

Yes... 121394 and 122959 both same name, same team, same country, signed up one week apart. Postings are from 122959 which has no computer, but 121394 has computer attached to project and no postings.

And I could get new works of SETI@home and Einstein@home project.
