I have tried the cc_config.xml fix, does not do anything. All the debug fields shows nothing.

Help. can not upload 10 completed files.

http error

Where did you put the cc_config.xml? Is the client_state.xml in the same directory?

What debug fields? Do you mean the log flags shown at startup? Like those

09-Nov-2009 11:26:41 [---] log flags: task, file_xfer, sched_ops, cpu_sched, unparsed_xml, file_xfer_debug
09-Nov-2009 11:26:41 [---] log flags: sched_op_debug

Your cc_config.xml file should look something like this (with debug flags):[pre]

1
1
1

1

[/pre]
Gruß,
Gundolf
[edit]The [pre] format outputs too many newlines. Looks better on most other projects' fora (except BOINCStats, which is no project :-) [/edit]

I put it in the c:\program files\boinc directory.
I do not have the client_state.xml file anywhere.

I copied your log flags and did the read config. nothing in messages shows up.

Wrong directory. It needs to be in your BOINC Data directory.

This FAQ shows the default paths to the Data directories and how you can get there, since they are hidden by Windows.

Could you try a reboot? There seems to be something amiss with your current TCP/IP stack.
