I have tried the cc_config.xml fix, does not do anything. All the debug fields shows nothing.
Help. can not upload 10 completed files.

Where did you put the cc_config.xml? Is the client_state.xml in the same directory?
What debug fields? Do you mean the log flags shown at startup? Like those
Your cc_config.xml file should look something like this (with debug flags):[pre]

Wrong directory. It needs to be in your BOINC Data directory.
This FAQ shows the default paths to the Data directories and how you can get there, since they are hidden by Windows.

Yes I did, That was one of the first things I did.
