What made me curious was that he has successfully returned two results but his Average turnaround time is still 0. Both returned results are pending, but that shouldn’t have anything to do with it? Both results were sent in over 3 days ago.

How often is Average turnaround time calculated?

I think, unless the server has had at least one of the results granted credit, that it can't tell what the turn-over time is. For as far as the server goes, this person still isn't showing in the list of credits, so he's not showing up in any of the XML files and thus not for any team he's crunching for.

Yes, that was that i was thinking to. But the Average turnaround time has nothing to do with the granting of credit, it is the average time that passes from that the client download a WU till the result is reported. As long as the result is marked “success it shouldn’t even mater if the result is valid or not.

Maybe not, but maybe the whole thing works through XML to keep an eye on things. In that case, you need a minimum of a returned and granted unit first plus a RAC.

The project web sites work directly from the database. Some of the pages are cached in order to reduce load. However, they do not work from the exported XML as they would have to create a DB from the XML in order for it to be useful.
