My E@H preferences are use GPU and not to use CPU, I run SETI on the CPU. Anyway I just received a new work unit called Gravitational Wave S6 LineVeto search 1.12. Since I have never seen this before, what is it? It appears to be a CPU task.

There is currently a problem with deselecting certain types of tasks, see http://einsteinathome.org/node/196286

Thanx, I was hoping for a new type of GPU task, oh well it deleted just fine.

Frankly, it looks like most likely all tasks not just certain tasks. Since my post of yesterday I have been sent 2 more LineVetos, 3 Gamma-ray pulsar search #1 v0.23
and a BRP4sse, which I assume is a GPU task. As an aside when BRP4 was brought out
IIRC it was to be only a cuda task, when was that changed?

This should only affect CPU tasks. If the Client receives CPU work, it must be asking for it.

Do you have CPU tasks
)
Do you have CPU tasks selected. If so, de-select them. Choose only gpu tasks.

Where else besides my preferences can I deselect the cpu?
At the bottom of the Einstein

At the bottom of the Einstein apps preferences you can select specific projects if you only.select the brp arecibo tasks.you should get those. This.is my.current config and. I only get.gpu.tasks.

According to the scheduler
)
According to the scheduler log (see "last contact" on your host page) your Client still asks for CPU work, not GPU:
