How can I get back aboard Team Picard?

I am a member of team Picard but have been absent from the the team's site for visiting and posting for many months even though my computer crunches away almost every night - too hot during the day with no AC in the library here in Arkansas. As a matter of fact, I rank 14th on the team in recent average credit.
All of my attempts to sign back in or reset my password have met with failure and with no human with which to communicate I am becoming frustrated. I have jumped through every hoop set by the site and begin to feel that I am caught up in some sort of time loop.
Hopefully a Team Picard member or friend of one will see this posting and will contact me with instructions on how to reconnect.
