How can I delete a team which I created?

Hi.
Please excuse my bad english.
I've got a problem. Some time ago, I loocked up a team, but I didn't find it, so I created this team. Later I discoverd, that the team I was loocking for exists, but with a whitespace in the name.
I changed to the new team. Now, some people had same problem and joined the wrong team. The admin of the real team asked me to delete the old one, but I dont't know how.
Perhaps you can give me a hint, to which peolpe I need to talk to, or give me some links, where I can find the needed information.
I haven't it discoverd yet, also caused by my bad english.

Only the board administrators can delete a team.
All you can do is quit the team you're on, re-join the team you made, then as team founder, through your account change its name (team management functions) to something else, add a link to the right teamID (in team description for instance). Then save the team page, quit that team again, join the other team and be done with it.
But I think it's easier to ask David, Bruce, Bernd or Walt to delete the team. ;)

This is not true. See here.
If you are the team leader, you must first "remove" all members from the team. Afterwards you can "disband" it.
Never tried this though...
