Hi, I've just started using Boinc, though I havbe been using seti for about 3 years now. Can someone please tell me how I can change my Boinc preferences? If I can change those then I can get it to work on projects other than Einstein@home.

Hi Mat,
you can attach multiple projects without ever touching you preferences and BOINC will split your PC resources across each of the projects itself.
NOw, if you don't wat the same alloction (percentage) of CPU time going to each project then within your project preferences either reduce or increase that projects resource share.
for example; in Einstien@home from the front page goto 'Your Account' (log in if you need to) -> 'View or edit Einstein@home preferences' -> 'Edit Einstein@home preferences'.
Now you should be able to change your resource share allocated to Einstein.
save and update your client and hey presto!
If you are looking to get location preferences working then there is a bit more messing around to do!
