I had something like this a

I had something like this a couple of days ago, on a PC running Seti/Predictor/Einstein. The Einstein WU just didn't start. I suspended all projects except Einstein (using Boinc 4.65 at that moment), forcing Boinc to start the Einstein WU. It did start, then I unsuspended the other projects and everything was back normal after that.

Hm, I don't know a reliable answer (yet), but I suggest the following:

- Update the (prefs from) project to report the successful Results
- If you are running a client prior to 4.19, exit the client, then download and install 4.19
- Reset the project to download the new App 4.75/6/7
- If the problem persists with the current Client and App versions, please don't hesitate to report.

Update: the above situation is still on going :(
I have attached/re-attached till ime blue in the face but still the EAH wu just sits there a refuses to do anything took PAH out all together and tried to run EAH on its own but no luck, its not that it does not do anything it does but at a snail pace e.g. over a 6 hour pereod it crunched 0.2%.
I have it set 50% each PAH/EAH but on the 50% EAH nothing is happening
Predictor runs fine but no Einstein so i have taken EAH off this Pc till i can get an answer to this problem..
All other Pc's run fine 50/50 EAH/PAH......strange !!!!

Hm, the E@H graphics is

Hm, the E@H graphics is making heavy usage of OpenGL. If your graphics card doesn't do this on its own, the CPU has to do this, which (due to the thread priority setting that is done by the client) prevents it from crunching. Are you running it with graphics (Screensaver or Window)? Maybe you should try this without.

Is the host id 7434? I can't find the WU name you are refering to (apart from the missing double-underscore). Could you please check the name?

Bruce........since re-booting my Pc all seems to be working again OK :)
I dont know if it was the re-boot that cured this problem might well have been seeing that this machine had not stopped for over six months.
Thanks for all your help one and all .....lets hope this is the end to my little problem :)
