I had to change my email.
It worked just fine for 10+ other projects, they all showed up on each other's project lists after a day or so: EXCEPT for E @H.
I changed them all at the same time.
Now, with E@H I can't log in with EITHER email (I must use the authenticator) AND E@H has lost all my other projects -- and E@H doesn't show up on any of the other projects.
Is there some bug in the program for E@H in changing emails?
WHY is E@H so different from all other BOINC projects in format, etc?? It's not quite as weird as WCG, but almost!

How exactly did you change your email address? Did you use an account manager, if so which one?
The email we have here at E@H is a gatech.edu email address, is this the right one for you?
When you login with your authenticator, you can go to Account -> Credentials to change your email address. Please check which email address is in the field: the old one or the new one. If you have already done this, did you notice whether or not your email address changed?

)
I used (or at least tried to use) the Einstein credentials portal https://einsteinathome.org/account/info/edit
I say 'tried to use' because there never was any 'feedback' - any response from E@H indicating that the change had taken effect. Since there was no feedback, I tried to effect the change again on subsequent days (plural; I tried a few times).
Yes, the @Gatech.Edu is the email account I am now using.
As I said, I have tried to effect the change a few times. When I go to the E@H credentials portal, the new email IS in the field. I enter the password and hit the save changes button (have done all this several times).
YET, E@H never has gotten synced with my ~10 other project accounts, and when I try to log in with "__@Gatech.Edu " E@H says no such account exists.
"did you notice whether or not your email address changed?" I'm not sure what you mean exactly. … Other BOINC projects show the user's email on the user's main account page; E@H does not. I know of no other way of checking to see what the email is other than what is supplied in the portal's email field.
