    In the October issue of the VIRGO newsletter (www,virgo.infn.it) there is a very enjoyable article on the subject of gravitational waves in science fiction by a VIRGO member who is a science fiction fan.

      Thanks for the link, there's also lots of other interesting stuff in the newsletter, e.g. on the planned "Einstein telescope" GW detector and on the "broken window" accident that put Virgo out of operation.
