GUI or Terminal?

I used the BOINC Menubar for awhile but downloaded "Special BOINC Compiles" after reading it runs faster. (The benchmarks do.) But now it looks like both are running. Should I quit and delete the menubar? I really don't want to because I always work in the GUI, and the menu has stats that the other client doesn't.

Crap, the extra client made an extra computer, and after I merged them, the benchmarks downmerged. :/ I'll try stopping the Menubar when it fulfils this WU and resetting, running under the ugly terminal.

Okay, another "computer" materialised and I was able to merge that, with the higher benchmarks, and now it's fine. I don't know what other commands are available for this though, like to see the WU progress.
