My BOINC PC has a ATI Rage IIc Graphics Card with 4MB RAM (Videomemory)
According to DirectX-Diagnose Tool, my Graphics-Card can only provide DirectDraw-Acceleration.
Direct3D & AGP Acceleration is not possible.!
What is the minimum amount of Videomemory my Graphics must have including DirectDraw,Direct3D Acceleration.

Your card needs to be capable of doing something else as well: OpenGL 1.2
The graphics and screen saver are run in OpenGL 1.2, not Direct 3D.
So check if your video card is capable of doing OpenGL at all.
