Hi All,
I suspect that Windows 10 did something overnight. I don't see any of my BOINC projects using GPU. They have all been running fine for over a year. Thankfully, Einstein shows an error message of "GPU Missing" to alert me. It is an Intel UHD Graphics 630 that came with the HP Pavilion TP-01. Does that mean I need to go to the Intel website and download the driver and install it? Or can I reset something in BOINC to see the GPU again?
In the BOINC event log I see a message "Remote desktop in use. Disabling GPU Tasks" Is that Microsoft updating the OS and GPU driver?

Universe@home and Milkyway@home are crunching on the CPUs right now. I am just a casual BOINC user for 20 years, but something went wrong and I'd like to fix it. Thank you for any assistance.
cheers, Jonathan

are you accessing the system via RDP from another computer?
remote desktop (RDP) always disables the GPU in BOINC.

Hi there, Thank you for the replies. Today it fixed itself. Einstein sees the GPU again and is using it normally. I guess it was a two day or so glitch. Thankfully, I didn't have to reinstall BOINC or install drivers. Whew....
