Got ack, can't find??
)
The "Got ack ... can't find" message happens when the client reports a result to the server, gets an ack of this report, but no longer has the result in the database.
This is a known problem with BOINC 4.xx versions where the server code is another version. The Einstein server code is 5.4.x at this moment. You may want to ugrade your BOINC to the latest available. Also because you will then "claim" the more correct credits for this project.

Geoff, the strange thing is that your computer HAS sucessfully uploaded and reported this result, on August 8th. So this looks to me like a problem which might be solved by updating your BOINC installation. Be sure to shut down and exit BOINC before installing a newer version.
