Around the World in 80 Telescopes has just finished, but you can see the videos here. They are each about 20 minutes long, discussing a particular astronomical observatory/facility - well worth picking out at least a selection to view. There is an incredible array of different methods for viewing the skies. The LIGO story is here, followed by Mike Landry speaking at Hanford flogging E@H amongst other comments.
