I'd say that the topics in both Cruncher's corner and the Café are a bit relaxed and doesn't necessarily have to be about Einstein, just keep to the forum rules that are shown to your left while composing your messages.

It helps to motivate us though, if your questions revolve around making Einstein work better on your machine - which can mean anything from making it run stable to upgrades or tuning for efficiency.

I have an amd radeon r9 280X, it is running the perseus gpu app. It runs well but only at about 65% util. I have tried running two wu's but it didn't work. Is there some command line stuff or app_config that I can use to up my util % at least a bit?

But it only works when the Wu run for the Cpu not in High* Priority mode. In the case would have to be reduced by a Boincmanager in the core use.
Overclocking and beta drivers are not necessarily an advantage !!

I put in the app_config. The gpu wu is high priority. Are you saying I can control the priority of the cpu usage? I am not clear on that point. Or do I have to wait until I get some gpu wu's that are not high priority? Or should I abort these high priority wu's?

Now delete Wu until no High Priority mode will disappear.
With the core reducing the high priority can not be changed, only the correct operation of the app_config for the GPU is enabled.
