FGRPB1 tasks are completing in around 5 hours on my 4GHz i7-6700K Windows 10 system and 9 hours on my 2.6GHz i5-3230M Windows 7 system but the progress indicator in BOINC manager never moves from 0%.
The graphics for tasks which have been running for 4 hours on the i7 and 8 hours on the i5 both have "Completed: -10%".
Looking through my results I'm seeing a higher abort rate for FGRPB1 than FGRP4, possibly due the apparent lack of progress.

Progress indicator oddities with the new FGRPB1 run have been discussed by volunteers in this thread. I don't think there has been any official comment so far from the Devs. I imagine they're rather busy right now.
Your observation of 0% progress showing at all times is because of the old BOINC version you are using. You would see continuous progress (simulated by BOINC) if you were using a more recent version. The details are discussed in the linked thread. The simulated progress is not particularly accurate - tasks finish faster than the estimate suggests - but it's better than seeing 0% at all times.
This is a cosmetic problem which is not affecting the ultimate completion and validation of results. I imagine it will get sorted out as soon as other competing issues allow. To get a partial resolution, just upgrade BOINC. Since this will be a V6 to V7 transition there will be a change in the way the two work cache preference settings (store at least and store additional) are handled. The thing to remember with the newer behaviour is that your basic amount to always have on hand should be in the 'store at least' setting and only use the 'additional' setting if you want the amount of work stored to cycle between a 'high water mark' and a 'low water mark'.
Cheers,
Gary.
