Frequent crash video device failure

Since adding einstein@home to my Boinc projects I am experiencing frequent system crashes. windows reports these as device failures and points to the video card. I run a Toshiba Satellite laptop as client.
I would like to continue with this project, but need to solve this problem.
Any suggestions welcome

First advice is to check for updated video (graphics adaptor) drivers. Here is a link to help you with that.
