Can anyone recommend a free firewall that can play nice with Einstein?

On two of my rigs I am currently using an old version of Zone Alarm (9.2) because I don't like the bloatware that the newer versions have become.

On a new rig I just built, I decided to try Private Firewall 7.0. It has been disastrous! Whenever Einstein decides to send me a new program, P/F will keep kicking it out until I can allow it manually, resulting in numerous "Computational Errors" for work units based on that program.

At this point I am going to install Zone Alarm 9.2 until I can find something better.

SORRY wingmen!

So what's wrong with Windows Firewall?

I never really thought about

I never really thought about using Windows Firewall. Is it better than it used to be? I go back to the W3.1 and DOS days.
Two of my rigs are running W7 Ultimate (32 bit), the other is running W7 Pro (64 bit).
I will look into it.
Thanks.

Look up

Look up "Windows7FirewallControl" that works with the built in FW in Win7 too.
