Out of curiosity, would you guys appreciate if we set up accounts at Facebook and/or Google+ as well? Volunteer Computing involves volunteers after all so we really like to do that as good as we possibly can.

If it will help to get new army of Facebook volunteers - than this is great. But IMHO it will just help you to collect "like"s and something similar.
I am not following any social network or other information gathering networks.
They will not last as well. So for me only the E@H site is enough.
But I am old-fashioned.

I'm fine with it. I think they're both fine ways of disseminating and possibly recruiting people to DC in general and E@H specifically.
I'll even start a BOINC circle on Google+. If anyone wants to join it (and I'm not 100% how it works, the email addy is my user name at gmail.com
