files not downloading

    checked server status.. all green.
    boinc not able to get downloads, in transfers says downloading, but at 0.00 speeds. yay.

      Are you behind a firewall? Has anything changed in your online setup? Any Windows updates (if applicable).

      You can try shutting down BOINC manager (not just the red x, but file - exit) and then restart. A reboot might help also.

      Just thoughts off the top of my head.
