    Does faster RAM benefit Einstein@Home?

    I replaced my 400MHz DDR2 RAM to 533MHz (unfortunately the highest supported by my motherboard). Ive seen some marked improvemets in different benchmarking software so was wondering will be cpu times decrease significantly?

      Not significantly as einstein uses very little ram-memory (I'm using 1.5% at this moment). It runs mainly in CPU..

        Fair enough, i may as well just have 2GB of RAM then.
