After my last result uploaded I've been getting the following messages:

failed

I'm on a T-1 connection which is functioning normally. I was behind a norton firewall which I've uninstalled, that's made no difference.
I've tried uninstalling boinc, manually removing all sub-directories and registry keys that the uninstaller left behind, and reinstalled boinc. That has made no difference. I have also upgraded from version 4.25 to version 4.37 thinking that perhaps there was a bug that's been fixed, but that's made no difference either.
So my question is: Is the problem I'm experiencing on the server side and I'll just have to wait it out? Or is there still a problem on my end? If so, any suggestions on what else I can try to fix this would be much appreciated!

Master file fetch error means you are not connecting to the server for some reason, could be a proxy, or firewall or the server could be down.

This sounds like a proxy server problem to me. Is it working OK now, or still problematic?
