Updated Boinc to ver 5.4.11 today and am now receiving the following error messages. I have tried restarting bonic, reseting project, and aborting project with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I once also had this message

I once also had this message repeatedly on one computer.
I think it was caused by the project reaching its allowed disk capacity.

Trying to add lines to the log file and increasing the result file let Boinc stop the process (to not 'break' the diskspace boundary) but after restarting this WU nothing had changed and so this message occured again... and again...

Check the 'disk space limit' in your general preferences.

The problem resolved itself

The problem resolved itself after restarting the computer this morning. Must've been something with the way Boinc interacts with Microsoft's Windows. Thanks for the inputs.
