The above resulted in 1 new wu on my computer (#737039). The unit was dispatched right around 0106 UTC. Normally it takes an hour to download on my dialup. Is this a 'blank' or something like that?

No, this is the ordinary method of WU distribution. You download a large input file, then you only download 'templates' of various processing to be done on that data file. A new WU is downloaded with a normal scheduler contact.

However, a notice on the front page says that a new stage is being entered, so for a few days the large file may be downloaded for each new WU. Dial up users beware. :(
