My first 'error'!
Please advise me what caused the problem with Workunit 167754150. I cannot decipher all the de-bugger information.
Hi Tim - welcome to the project and welcome to the message boards!
If you click on the task name/ID link on the website you can see
7.0.64
Maximum elapsed time exceeded
for that particular task. BTW, you can make life easier for someone trying to help if you make references to particular tasks or workunits clickable. For example, workunit 167754150. While you have it open when you first examined it on your list of tasks, just copy the link location and paste it into your message as you type using the url and /url BBCode tags. See the BBCode tags link for help on your message composition screen when you next make a post.
So there is no actual computation error. Its an unfortunate side effect of the changeover to 11x larger tasks for FGRP2 where some initial tasks went out with a wrong flops estimate. Unfortunately, BOINC thinks these tasks are taking too long and terminates them once they reach an internal limit. You can find more details in this thread.
