How do I send the images of the dialogue boxes which show more technical detail on the state of the machine when it errored??

You shouldn't need to worry about images. If you report the errored result (update the project in BOINC Manager) all the technical information needed should then be available on the website for all to see and diagnose. At the moment the errored result has not been reported to the servers so there is nothing to see.
