As the topic tells you I have problems with my host ID 11402589 and the Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Parkes PMPS XT) tasks.

Can anybody tell me what I can do to change this?

Error in Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Parkes PMPS XT) Tasks

If you could elaborate on what problems you are seeing exactly, then maybe someone might have some idea how to fix them...

First, you have to try

First, you have to try different driver version (new and older). Check GPU temperatures. Test your GPU in other PC.

Well the very first thing that would be really helpful would be to send all those who want to help some of that rapid acting, crystal ball defogging spray - that magic stuff that only you possess. Without it, my ball is totally clouded up and useless.

So, being forced to guess in the dark, I had a look through a random page of your error tasks to see what might be able to be guessed from that. This will change over time but at the moment I see the bulk of the tasks showing validate error with only about 30% of the balance actually validating. I also see tasks sent on 14th August being returned on 27th August so even without my ball it would appear that you have an unwisely large work cache setting - not that this has anything to do with your problem.

The most common cause of multiple validate errors like this is hardware (eg. your GPU) operating outside its comfort zone. That is usually related to operating frequency or heat or unstable/inadequate voltages or perhaps a combination of all three.

Only you can diagnose which one(s) it is. I also notice you now have some BRP4G tasks and the first one back is also a validate error. This would tend to strengthen the argument for an uncomfortable GPU.

Cheers,
Gary.

I do not think that I can send this spray away my maester would be very angry.

Thank you very much for you answer I think it helps me. I will now change the driver version first. The GPU should be in its comfort temperature, otherwise it would get more rpm on the fans. I did not change any clocksettings, the gaphics card is stock. So I also do not know why and how to change clocksettings.

Hopefully we find the problem. This Host used to work just fine then it was off for a while and now it has this problems.

Kind regards
