After running for the evening and I try to upload a finished unit, I get a message that "upload failed - error 113." I have to reboot my computer and then try again and the upload goes thru fine. Anyone else have this problem?

error 113

Lets look in the WIKI and see what a 113 is shall we....Only thing listed is this

BOINC » BOINC Messages
init_op_project failed, error -113
Message Type: Error

This message tells the Participant that there is a network problem and that the BOINC Manager cannot contact the Project's Server. When I got this message my Internet Service Provider (ISP) was off line and I had no connectivity. So, this error is external to the BOINC Software and more than likely is a complete failure of the network system.

This message usually accompanies the message "Can't resolve hostname "{url}" (valid name, no data record of requested type).

I have been having this error

I have been having this error for two days now and sill can,t up load or down load on all three of the projects I am running. Seti,Lhc and Eistein. Tried the same moves as you did but no go. Next time my seti tries to connect , I will try then. Have no idea what is happening. Using boinc ver. 4.45 on a XP sp2 2.53 ghz 1024 mgs of ram. Using cable broadband. It will work eventualy. Anybody know if ther is a third party where I can get boinc ver.4.24 or ver4.43
