When the data porcessing gets to about 33% complete the progam resets and starts from 0% again. This has now happened twice and I am unable to complete the project. Any ideas?

Leslie,
I'm sorry to say that a spontaneous workunit reset is outside my knowledge zone (and my guesswork zone, as well), but I'd like to Welcome you to Einstein and let you know that the combined helpers on the messageboards here have an extraordinarily broad range of knowledge, and no doubt someone with an answer will check in on the subject before too long.
In preparation, I'd like to ask you to please give us as much information as you can, to assist in diagnosis, i.e., version of BOINC and Einstein, type of install (single user, shared, or service), Operating System, processor type, as well as copying and pasting the contents of the Messages tab in the Manager window.
Thanks for your help.

Just a thought here - you might think about aborting this work unit. That is, highlight the Einstein work unit under the BOINC Manager "Work" tab and click the "Abort" button. If you do this, BOINC should download another WU and start crunching again. If the next WU processes to completion, then you may have just downloaded a "bad" unit the first time. If you have the same problem with the second WU, then we know the problem is on your computer.
I'd like also to welcome you to the project. I'm sorry you are having problems.
I must say I've never seen a result reset to zero like you describe. I've checked and all three other users who were crunching on the same result as you have successfully completed and validated their results so I don't think there is anything wrong with the work itself. Are you having any signs of hardware stress on your machine? Does it ever spontaneously reboot? Do you monitor CPU temperatures at all? Are there any particular things you are doing that might initiate the problem - like running any other heavy duty apps?
Are there any associated messages on the BOINC Manager message tab?
