Einstein@home stopped running

I started running Einstein@home in early March. Everything was going fine and I accumulated about 490 credits. The last two work units I was assigned completed (on time) but I've never been able to upload the results or get new work. Everything seems to have stopped. Whenever I try to get more work I get this:

This has been going on since about early April.

Suppose my antivirus could be affecting my communications with E@H?
