If you look at what the percentage of a core is normal for that work unit, you will see that it is 0.998 of a core. Essentially a full core. You are giving it only 1/5 of a core. Try giving it a full core and see how it does.
I´ll try it. edit: ok

I´ll try it.

ok , no difference.
The only other thing to try

The only other thing to try is running less work units per GPU. Go back to 0.2 CPU and then decrease the number of work units. I've never done 5 per GPU but I have done 3. Which Card are you doing this with?
U havend read it, arent u ?

U havend read it, arent u ? Even ONE WU running so slowly. And sure I am using 1 core each wu. ;)
What are the best drivers for this videocard for Windows 7 to crunsh ?
The next question is are you
)
The next question is are you running other projects at the same time? Is some other project hogging the CPU time?
Do you run something like SIV to monitor utilization of your computer?
You are right, I just saw your config before I answered. Went back and read the whole thing.

For the 670 go to 2 WU at a time, 3 runs but at the end produces less.
ANd not forget, keep a core free to feed the GPU is on of the keys for a fast & happy crunching.
