A few hours ago there were problems with uploading but more recently it's been going OK. Reporting doesn't seem to be happening at the moment.
If you go to the transfers tab of BOINC Manager, you will see any results stuck in upload and also the countdown until the next retry. Select one of them and then hit the "Retry now" button and see what happens.
It looks like various parts of the system are being taken offline on a rotational basis to try to ease server load. Uploading seems to be back on now and downloading new work and reporting uploaded results seem to be off. I would expect those to come back on later when something else is shut off - maybe :).
The alternative is too depressing to contemplate :).

My projects stopped a week ago and as of now, they still will not upload or download. Every time I try to force the upload with the "Upload Now" button, it adds another hour until it will try again. The same issue is with the Seti project too. BOINC is acting up.
All I can say is either I am extremely lucky, or the projects love me. I have no major issues with upload or download. Sometimes slow, but they get done. I do not touch my machines to force anything. There are no transfers in my queues.
I am curious if it's certain parts of the world? I am in the UWM home area, so my machines talk to the UWM servers. If you are outside these areas, I suggest the following:
Stop BOINC
Change clock 6 hours either way.
Restart BOINC
Try your transfers
It may be a server that you connect to is having issues and they have not yet determined this.
Timothy:
If you have problems with both projects, I suggest shutting down and restarting your machine. Also make sure something didn't change on your firewall, etc.
I too have had little luck communicating with Einstein project for at least a week, and can't download a new work set. (SETI is working fine.) It is especially disheartening to go to the "status" page and see that the Einstein folks think everything is working. And there's no way to contact them. I may find another project to replace Einstein@home.
Einstein won`t upload
