I have 3 computers 2 of which have einstein working ok but my third just will not get any new workunits.
Einstein is shown as a project and occsionally sends messages to the project. I get a message saying
"not requesting new work or reporting results"
I have reset the project, detached and reatached but is still doesn't get any work
Any ideas?

Einstein won't get work units
)
This line tells me one of a few things:
1: Machine is in Earliest Deadline First Mode (EDF), and things it can not finish the work it has before the deadline, so has stopped all requests. If you are running something like CPDN, or have a larger cache, this happens.
2: The debt for Einstein is too high, and so other programs need to run a while to catch up. The projects run kind of round-robin, but with a debt factor. So if you have them set at 50/50, and Einstein ran for 30 hours, but the other project rant for 22 hours, it needs to make up 8 hours (that's just an example). To see debt, you can use one of several 3rd party softwares (the one I use is BoincView, cause I can operate all my computers from one point).
3: You accidentally clicked, "No New Work" on the project tab. If you click on the project, and look on the left and see the 3rd button say "Allow New Work" then click it. These buttons tell you what they will do when you press them.
Hope this helps, and good luck.

Thanks for this
How do I tell if I'm in EDF mode? I do run CPDN (and Rosetta)as follows
Rosetta 24.53% disk space used = 20.92MB
Climate..37.74% disk space used = 4.6GB
Einstein 37/74% disk space used 0
2. Does boincview work with Windows and how do I get it?
3. I can rule this one out - though I did try "no new work" then "allow new work" jsut to see if I could make it start up again but it didn't
