Just to let you all know, Dennis has been re-admitted to hospital. But this time he has been taken to the University Medical Center, so there will be no repeat of the fiasco he went through last time.
He has asked: "Please don't call, he can't deal with so many calls right now. He thanks all of you who have been calling him and sends his love to you all."
The last update from Jack Lass:
He has been moved from the ER to a regular room and has seen and been seen by a number of doctors. He will be undergoing a series of tests today. He has been given Coumadin, a blood thinner, and may need to undergo an angioplasty. In that case a cardiology specialist will be called in. He will probably be in hospital for at least a couple of days. More later today.

Latest on our pal...
Dennis will be undergoing a chemical stress test later today. It's felt that a treadmill test would be dangerous given that any kind of excercise causes chest pain. It is likely that they will be doing an angioplasty as well.

Jack had a quick natter with Dennis last night:
"....had the nuclear stress test and is glowing nicely thank you. Seriously, they have found a blockage in one of the interior arteries in his heart. Next step will most likely be angioplasty. He is trying to be in good spirits and sends you all his regards.
He asked me to say he is still his old grouchy, cynical self. He commented on the international nature of the doctors he is seeing. One from Viet Nam, one from India, one from Slovakia. He thinks the cardiologist may be American, but who knows."
As they say..There's life in the old Dog yet. :o)

"Dennis just called me and he is out of surgery, I couldn't understand
much of what he was saying, so I called his Nurse. He had angioplasty....
...all being well he could be home Wednesday or Thursday."
