I have a couple of questions?

Do old work files just sit there?

How do you free up disc space, when your finished with old work?

Thanks

BOINC takes care of that. Look for messages like

Quote:

Got server request to delete file

When no longer needed the file is deleted automatically.

In the next few days I will

In the next few days I will add some additional code to the BOINC scheduler so that BOINC will automatically delete files associated with the old S4 work. I just want to wait until all that work is finished in the database.

Cheers,
Bruce

While you're at it, could you remove S3 files too, please? I've still got 4.55MB of Einstein 4.79 programs on each box - I know I could delete them manually, but it would be a kindness to others who don't micromanage.

Talking of micromanagement, and off topic, have you read the thread about Riverside City Campus? I know you had some direct contact with Mark Lehr when they were setting up the farm - I think they could now do with a bit more friendly guidance. (I've mailed him privately, and can copy to you if you wish).
