Hi,
One of my rigs TPMO3 died early this morning, it had a cache of E@H & MW@H tasks in progress at the time.
I was later able to salvage the HDD from that rig, install on another rig and boot to it.
Having done so I aborted ALL the tasks for both projects and then disconnected from them in order to release the WU for others to crunch.
However on looking at my tasks in progress I find that all the WU assigned to TPMO3 are still shown as in progress.
Can anyone inform me as to how it is possible for these WU to still be assigned to TPMO3?
Having both aborted the WU and disconnected that rig
all the WU should have shown up as 'error' or abandoned or something other than in progress.

I'll hazard a guess you did not do a project update after you did the aborts and before you disconnected.
Aborting means boinc on your host knows your intention, but it needs to communicate that fact to the servers for it to take practical effect. During normal running this happens soon enough under most circumstances, but to make sure doing a manual update is advisable.
