I am personally not seeing this problem. Can you reproduce it with another browser?

I don't see that problem

I don't see that problem anymore, everything looks normal. Must have been just a temporary glitch.

Mine is missing also. I check my account with a Mac running Safari browser.

I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Hi, since I started crunching

Hi, since I started crunching for Einstein@home approximately a month ago I now reached about 1 million confirmed points. Still there is no graphics showing in my dashboard. I have tried firefox and safari as browsers. No statistic timeline visible though. What needs to be checked or done?

I recommend un-hiding your computer(s) first.  Then we can see what you are using and then maybe you'll receive an answer to your liking.

Are you using Windows?  Mac?  Linux?  This could make a difference in the responses.

There was a glitch in the Dashboard RAC graphic last year that affected everyone.  Everybody was missing the graph.  I can't remember how it was resolved.  Would need to search the forum posts.

[Edit]

This was the thread but neither Oliver or Bernd actually said what the issue was or how they fixed it.

Hi, my problem looks exactly

Hi, my problem looks exactly like reported in

https://einsteinathome.org/goto/comment/184031

I am crunching on 4 computers:

Linux with AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 3600

MacOs with Apple M1

MacOs with Intel i7

Android with ARM AArch 64

I don‘t think it is related to the machine type.

Any suggestion what the problem possibly is?

you need to allow stats exporting in your project preferences to see anything on the dashboard.

Hi, checking my project

Hi, checking my project preferences to allow stats exporting I found no line where this could be done. The only selectable option which deals with stats data export is found in the privacy preferences, which relates to publishing the data on bioncstats website.

So, where exactly can I do what you suggest?
