I am using 2x GTX 460 and when I crunching CUDA, sound played from computer is hiccuped or rattled.
I am using SoundBlaster both digital and analogue output. I tested integrated soundcard in motherboard, but in both cases the sound was torn.
Suspension crunching CUDA cures the sound. Graphical and sound drivers are reinstalled.
It helped a little when redirect stream from system default into directsound (WDM).

Motherboard ?
CPU ?

What %-age CPU utilisation are you seeing ?
Mine is fine on X58 at 90 %, also playing FLAC files to my 7.1 Hi-Fi.

It's Asus P5q Premium,

It's Asus P5q Premium, Core2quad 9550. I tried decrease load of processor but it not helped. I have made test the same hardware on XP/32 and that problem do not exist.

On w7/64 reinstall Nvidia drivers from beta 270,51 onto whql 266,58, without success.
