Credits Not Updating

Although my first project was finished and credited, the rest since January 2008 have not posted to my account. BOINC shows that they run to completion, are reported and new projects downloaded but stats are not updated and my account shows only the first one.
I am running 6 other projects, all of which run properly and update properly--only Einstein Projects fail to update!

First off, terminology.
Projects are what you crunch for: Einstein, Seti, CPDN, AIS, Hydrogen, Cosmology, Malaria, Rosetta, LHC, WCG etc. those are projects.
Tasks or work units is what you crunch for these projects.
With that out of the way, your list of tasks shows only 3. That's normal, you probably had a lot more, but after all computers of your wingmen have returned the task and credit has been given out, the tasks are deleted so not to take up too much space in the database.
It does show an error though on the earliest in the list. It's possible you had more errors. It's also very well possible you've been crunching for any of the other projects you crunch for.
Although you show 2,136 credits, so you've done more than one task here at Einstein and gotten good credit for them. On estimate at least 9 of them. That your Recent Average Credit (RAC) is so low is because it decays over time. Not return tasks regularly and your RAC is low.

Thank you for the rapid response and the terminology correction.
The problem still exists:
Why do my statistics in BOINC show only one task done for 1898.69 and an average of 0.61? All other projects report properly and average up to 40 for work done even though their work loads are similar (although only about 8 hours per task vs. 16 for Einstein). I show no change in the 1898.69 for a month, though I have submitted more than one completed task.
I also do not understand this statement you made:

BOINC Manager will only show

BOINC Manager will only show an updated credit amount after BOINC had contact with the server. Since you're taking quite a while between getting tasks and returning them, your last task took from 28 Apr 2008 to 14 May 2008 (= 16 days), it also takes quite a while between credit updates being visible in the Manager.
Easily solved though: Open BOINC Manager->Advanced view->Projects tab->Select Einstein->click Update.

However, I have clicked UPDATE after each completed task since January, and this is only the second time it has changed.
I assume all is well now.

Clicking update after each task is uploaded & reported doesn't magically increase credit. Credit has to be granted first and for that to work, all computers that got the task have to have crunched, uploaded and reported it. Then these results have to be compared by the validator, to see if they compare. If that's all OK, credit is granted.
