Each project has a different way of giving credits. On my 400 MHz PII running Linux I get 2.6 credits/hour from Einstein, 2.2 credits/hour from SETI and 1.9 credits/hour from QMC. Yet the box is the same. Credits are absolutely useless but you can brag about them in forums.

How credits are given according to the job...how can i use my credits....?

On the forum index page there is a link which takes you to a keyword search form. If you type the word "Credits" into the "search titles" box you will get lots of links to existing threads which have already answered your question many times before. There is a lot that you can find easily this way.
