Computer fails to download any new work

My BOINC software seems to have thrown a wobbly - no new work is downloaded unless I hit the reset key, then one of my projects will download using one of my dual core processor, no other projects will download. At the end of the downloaded project nothing happens again until I hit reset again!! Any ideas?

What prjects are you running? BOINC works on a debt system, so if a project gains too much debt/time, then another project may take over for a while. This especially happens if you are doing larger projects like CPDN.
Allow BOINC to do it's own thing. It may not get work from one project for a while. It happens. Leave it alone for a couple of weeks (you can watch it), and just see how the scheduler reacts.

Seems as though the problem is that I have a couple of projects that won't upload to seti, I suspended them, and lo and behold projects started to download from other projects. I think they have problems at seti. Does this make sense?
